“A Time of Trumpets & Fire; Watch the Enemy Flee”
Times and Seasons are important in the Natural, but they are vital in the Kingdom. Scripture says The Sons of Issachar possessed the ability to sense the times and bring a much-needed word that would change the position of a Nation both physically and spiritually. “And of the children of Issachar, which were men that had an understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do…” (1 Chron. 12:32) I believe this anointing for “understanding of times” is alive and well and operating in the Sons of God.
“Times of Strife”
For some years now, we have been in a time of great strife that is contending with the Sons of God for position in the earth. James 3:16 says this; “For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.” So, friends, we realize the enemy has indeed fortified and mobilized his warfare in the earth to gain a much-needed position to solidify his plan for mankind. But He will not succeed!

While conversing with a friend, the Holy Spirit spoke to me and said; “This is a time of Trumpets, Fire, and remember Gideon”. Judges 7 tells us that Gideon had assembled the smallest army against an enemy that had wreaked havoc all across his land for many years, and that enemy was the Midianites and the word Midianites means strife. And we can see that Strife had consumed that land for 7 years. (Judges 6:1) HOLD ON FRIENDS! We have exited the Biblical year 5777 and entered 5778! We have entered a time where we will throw off Strife and every evil work that it has brought with it.
In Judges 7 Gideon instructed his men to gather on the mountains around the enemy with trumpets and earthen pots hollowed out to hold fiery torches while awaiting the command to break the vessels and release the sound of the trumpets. When the order was given the sound of freedom was released, the pots were broken to expose a burning fire that caused a confusion to come into the enemy’s camp, the ranks were broken and they destroyed themselves as the fled.
We are in a time where the strife that has possessed this land is being confronted by the Lord of Hosts. Sons and Daughters have risen up with a “sound” in their mouth and a “fire” in their heart that will shake the enemy to its core. What was carried outwardly in the Old Covenant is now possessed inwardly in the New. We are the Trumpets and Fiery Torches that will bring an end to strife in this land. It is not in our ability to create big speeches and endless debating that will deliver us from this enemy. It is in our ability to MANifest the Kingdom of God in the earth. “My message and my preaching were not with wise and persuasive words, but with a demonstration of the Spirit’s power” 1 Cor. 2:4
A time of miraculous victory is here! Even among the tragedy and confusion. It’s time to align with Heaven and produce the sound and fire of the Lord into the earth and see the enemy flee!
